I cannot begin to Thank You enough for the support extended to us over the last weekend. I have never seen Chennai like this before, and these have been some dark and silent times for the people residing in Chennai. However, I truly believe that your energy and perseverance helped to pull us out of that darkness.

Ever since all the power and connectivity links went down, I have been trying to contact all our big network partners. I realized that they only promise big but don’t deliver in time of need. On Saturday evening, when our friend at RapidCare told us about your network PULSE, we really hoped and prayed that it would work. This was not a network that we had connected with before, but literally, your PULSE network is what brought our pulses back to normal.

Here’s why being connected was so important to us - Zifo works in the Pharmaceuticals business. We may not be directly working with patients in hospitals, but our line of work is completely critical to the healthcare chain of events. Hence, even a small delay can cause a huge problem for medicines to come to the market. We were down for four days due to the floods and had to get back on our feet as quickly as possible.
